To be honest, I'm glad it happened. I had been selling poots on the way down (though I still had about half my largest poot positions going into today, all of which were liquidated except for a tiny crash poot position in a financial) and covered all but one short position yesterday. I thought I was gonna miss the big one. Without really looking through the charts in much depth yet, I see several great shorts and poots setting up for next week (though I'll play the November strike on the poots for the most part)...Oil can't be f*cked around with, and it as well as the bond spreads will be talking to those who care to listen...

I agree: the action was atypical to my untrained eye: there was absolutely NO ROOM FOR HESITATION allowed today.
Can anyone else explain the tape action please?
