It is not my business to educate you. I could, but I don't have the time. The Right to Travel cases have a very specific bearing on rights that cannot be exercised because of private behavior. The constitution is a living document. It would not be terribly meaningful to us today (imo) without the reams of construction that have been gleaned from it. We are no longer in 18th century (Thank God) and I for one do not wish to return (most other people don't either- oh they might like to pick and choose among a few pet 18th century ideas, but in the main most people do NOT want to go backwards, or have the past adopted part and parcel into the present). If you do- I suggest that rather than wasting your time on SI you put all your energy into inventing a time machine.
