Zeev, I think you are right. Remember that the domestic operations have been growing, albeit slowly. My biggest concern is that without the European operations they will need to slash central office spending in order to be profitable. Will the CEO and CFO take pay cuts now that they are running a smaller company? I think they need to.

The more interesting question is what will happen when the "cash suckers" go broke. My guess is that those with money and high stock prices will be able to buy volume relatively inexpensively. Is this PROG's plan, or are they in the process of liquidating? Also, with the stock trading under cash value, why not re-purchase shares? If they were planning on liquidating, a share buyback is a no-brainer, especially since they have such a plan active and could just buy shares without a press release. Since they don't seem to be buying shares I presume they have other plans for the cash.
