Hold. We are ever more concerned about the company's ability to execute on the enormous industry opportunity presented, and that it is being out-executed on many, if not all, fronts. The market is growing in excess of 20% a year, and Lucent is clearly losing significant market share to such much more nimble competitors as Nortel and Cisco. We believe attrition is increasing and that morale is at an all-time low within the company. We believe Lucent is losing significant talent in the business. Operationally, we do not expect the company to perform better for the foreseeable future.<<<
