Earlie, interesting that you mention Prudent Bear ... I put some money there in Jan '99 and Tice has proven to be a good money manager through this insanity: as the SP returns to it's Jan '99 levels, so does the Bearx fund ... As for interesting times, I don't like Chinese curses, they too often come true ... <ng> btw, your dootm 'insurance' strategy has served me well lately (5-bagger on DELL, 10-bagger on MWD, first puts I'd bought in months ... the profits will allow me to be that much more aggressive in the coming fire next time - g) Best to you too, Terry
