Your doing a great job with the updates. What an undiscovered jem. Wish I have purchased more earlier.

I'm still trying to confirm the next dividend @ $1.1. I have a fair amount in my mothers IRA and all of a sudden the dividned can be double what I expected for next year. After the 67 cents I was just hoping for an average of 55 cents / quarter.

Unbelievable & thanks for the postings.
