Thanks ftth, Re: WCG shareholder suit - I'm glad to see that we are getting some action on the issue. The next company that ought to be facing a similar shareholder uprising is CORV. LightReading had an article recently about how Huber is using OPM to finance startups and then rake off discounted shares for the effort. This is not unlike the methods used by the robber barons of 130 years ago. Hopefully, we won't have to be identifying Jay Gould's successor among the current crowd.
