<<confusion>>>>
1. Middle east war.....always was always will be...BUT we protect the profits of the leaders, they protect the political status of our leaders, ie. "incidents" are terrorists, not oil producers.

2. Oil prices...the little guy pays; just another form of tax that the gov can blame on "big oil"....the gas station down the road increased it's prices 20 cents a gal. the day of the disruption...just plain gouging that's all.

3. Market swings....the market's been on irrational grounds for at least two years; yesterday was the beginning of the return to reason.."the only truth is paradox...Nietsche" If the institutions don't start a buying panic it will be slow upswing until the next Republic administration pulls another savings and loan type scam on us all...the last one almost broke the bank on us.

4. NITEs always been a great idea for a stock, just never delivered on the promise.....won't this time either.

good morning Tim,
was reading about your trading ups and downs this year.
am glad you are still positive.

you have probably given a little thought about how you
may have traded in a slightly different way to protect your profits and your account.
any ideas or tips or advise.

i find i have trouble holding onto gains and eventually give them back. just when i think i have changed i do it again.
wondering about ways to protect yourself, ie, stops, mental stops, exits and the percents or chart patterns you to use.
thanks,

ps, do you have an opinion on ssti.

but i swear something just isnt right about todays action in the market...

Well, you already know I agree with you...whether this is great minds thinking alike or fools seldom differing remains to be seen, LOL.

how many of you bought today and held?

Made one trade Friday, sold half my PALM and doubled up on NITE. Currently holding AAPL, QCOM, PALM and NITE, all bought when they were cheap.

I saw your link to the Drudge Report poll...any idea how that translates into Electoral College votes?
