no doubt- merger of the companies and collapsing this thing down into a simple entity is the ultimate goal and desire. You seem to think Cotter prefers otherwise and I don't. I believe simplification is already in progress. NOL tax issue coming to a head at RDGE; CEO named to operate all three cos. on day/day basis with new CFO for all three Cos. added about 2 qtrs ago. Its likely to see CDL consolidated into CRG financials in near future. Thus what it all may look like combined may be seen in upcoming CRG 10-Q. As for Delaware vs. Nevada- What is so shareholder friendly in DE at all let alone that doesn't also exist in NV but at less annual cost.
