If they see a huge mkt decline, they benefit, because they move the unlock to a time when they expect rallies to occur, so their sells garner more per share.

In a bull mkt, an unlock might move your stock to 50% of the peak. In a bear market, they typically drop to 25-33% or even 10-12.5% of the peak.

I thought it incredibly shrewd of AETH to do that last Spring; not only did the stock remain stronger than most others, but that reinforces the notion that it's a great, strong company.

I have no problem with it; in fact, it demonstrates shrewd mgt.
