(Bloomberg) -- Robert E. Barr, the IRS' assistant commissioner for electronic tax administration, is leaving to work for Dell Computer Inc., officials said. Barr will leave the agency in early October to become director of marketing for Dell's federal division, said Dell spokesman Dean Kline.
