Condor, the NASD is like a Boys Club. Everyone knows everyone else . . . One major brokerage house doesn't "compete" with another. . . they are all in the same highly organized and VERY closed door gang. It wouldn't surprise me to find out that they use 128-bit encrypted chat rooms for planning strategies. . .far safer than phone calls and email. Remember these companies are notorious for skimming on the edge of the law. Many feel they are above the law. And with what we have seen, it would appear many are.
