It's more than just hope, it's realizing the potential of the patents, expertise and current trials. Todays situation is the result of two prior managements that promised the world, overnight, but ended up with meager results taking years. They are gone, the current bunch has made tremendous progress and is currently getting things lined up for future, but we are fighting the memory of past performance. The current float is probably the most difficult 'reminder', the results of a financing deal similar to a 'con' game played on some real rubes. Being a 'penny' stock is a self-fulfilling prophecy, no one will take it seriously, no margin allowed, but some interesting things have been happening. Someone stepped in and bought huge amounts, there is a road show going on with apparently 'rave reviews'(I missed the NY show, but Lawsys' comments seemed to have sunk in), a VP is co-hosting a conference over in Europe with someone from Entremed(Any DD would show that TCLN has 10X what they do, but they get better PR!!), the company is changing it's name(not a 'material' event, but symbolizing a new start), some trial results are due soon, the joint venture, to name a few!!! If you bought TCLN looking for an overnight double, you might be disappointed. If you look at the world of Biotechs, you'd realize that TCLN is extremely unique, 4 different drugs/technologies, some of which will be used to work with already accepted treatments(Ease the introduction process, since it's only 'helping' current frontline techniques), breaking new ground in the areas that have the most potential(VTA, if you spend the time to understand the implications, you'll double your holdings), patent coverage of areas under study by many competitors, other drugs in the pipeline waiting for their chance to take on cancer and other diseases. If you looked at Biotechs in general, you'll also see that it is an extremely volatile investment arena, huge share price swings, buy-outs, bankruptcies, etc. Take a longer view, or get out, either way, you'll hear about TCLN, or Peregrine, again, in a big way!! Griff PS, Don't take my word, keep up the DD.
