Hi Claude:

The only part of your reasoning I can't agree with is the rise in the price of silver but that is because my view is based purely in my experience and not in any specific knowledge or reasoning.

I have the hope that the various potential buyers are waiting for someone else to make the first offer and then they will have an idea of where to put in a competing offer. Clearly they know everything I know and more. There really doesn't seem to be any reason not to buy the property except to get an estimate of the minimal price that it can be bought for.

I'm basically a silver bull too, but when you're given lemons, make lemonade. We can't count on higher POS. I'm worried about more than just the dilution of a feasibilty study. I worried about the huge dilution of taking this puppy into production when capital is far too expensive (as in $2.15 stock). I understand your point about the price leverage, but the short term gain of a sale (closer to 200%, than 100%) is a little windfall everybody who invests in this sector would welcome. I'll take it gladly.
