I agree but had to laugh because Microsoft negotiated with Henry for nearly a year. They cursed him but paid-up and licensed exclusively for 15+ years Agreed, though that was EPG. We are talking about ebook here. After some thought, I can think of one valid reason that Henry wants to keep the server technology close. That is to have the security ebook offers.
