"A property with 24 m of 4.43, 16 m of 5.42, 32 m of 2.5 etc is a good buy at $.50 in my opinion", those are good results. The property may have a million ounces but the with a 25 million payment it won't fly.

The best way to find out if it is really a good buy. I suggest you start with BAY and FGX. Then check MFL, CBD and others... then you decide.
