Russia and Cuba are broke. I have been to Cuba and it's pathetic there. The people can hardly even afford to eat. Russia's military might has decayed through lack of money for spare parts and so forth. They have become a second rate power except against their neighbors on the ground. China we hopefully took care of by passing the free trade act for them. If they attack us now they commit suicide economically. And we have a lot more firepower than they do. Not to mention more allies. China is potentially dangerous but if they want to start a war they will be isolated. This free trade agreement was a compromise on human rights but it will save us many many billions in military expenditure.
