AMD is a 1 1/2 dimensional company (CPUs + Flash). There future is predicated on the future of these markets as revenue generators. They have no other growth paths. As you note, Intel's investments in future businesses aren't yet adding to the (already huge) bottom line, but they are laying the brick work for a new Intel in the new economy. Paul
