Oh, his throat was cut by the mob, not a mob. I'm visiting Connecticut right now. I drove by some of the old haunts in Hartford the other day and was reminded of the time I went into Volpe's Cafe, Hartford's main mob hang out in those days. I go up to the bar and pound on it a couple of times and holler, "hey you dumb f*ckin goombah, gimme a Bud!" The guy I was with grabbed me and hustled us out before they could react. We were half a block away before anyone came out the door. Swearing off the sauce was a very good move for me.
