economics is a real science. --- Pffft. --- Economics is a preisthood for consultants. You or I could find an economist (or economic scientist in your case) to support whatever lame thesis we were in the mood to run by each other that day. --- You're dismissing *major chunks of data (just like real economists) to support your ongoinmg rationalization for not owning equities. --- I gotta tell ya, it's much easier being a buy and hold investor. The one constant is, 'long term is up'. You have an argument against that, too? -JCJ

economics is a real science. people have acted foolish from time to time. arrogance is always a key reason why. i'm an independent thinker (right or wrong). i don't follow sheeple. "everyone is doing it so it must be right" is a nonthinkers approach. if everyone jumped off a bridge...
