I like the port, but let's be realistic - every position was begun using the Thursday's closing price. If we have that good timing then we are really that good:)

Joe, Thanks so much for putting together that portfolio. It looks great.

I generally weight it by using an equal number of shares. . . that way the larger caps naturally get the most money and the smaller caps naturally get the smallest amount. Perhaps, if you get some "extra time" you could put a second port together with say an even 100 shares of each of the 50 stocks. [You already did the hard part.]

It would be good to track the differences, too.
