I guess that 5 points wasn't as easy as Ibexx thought. I have no doubt it will eventually go up that 5 points. But when and where that 5 points happens can cause major damage (or windfall) to options holders. I think Gregory has some valid points that should be considered. And all should be aware there have been stocks that have been glory leaders that ended up never getting out of their funk to see the ole' glory days. Will JDSU have that problem down the road? I wouldn't want to guess...but it is short sighted to think that nothing can ever happen to your stock..no matter what stock it might be...with MAYBE the exception of GE :-). Btw, the Lladro saga continues...I have been fretting over what piece to get ...with the exception of the 26k Cinderella piece that has the little one mesmerized...(even I have limits and JDSU hasn't been THAT good to me)...and all the while they were plotting which one to get me...presented me with Allegory of Liberty over the weekend. I proceeded to cry all weekend long..hahahaha..then they took it back and told me I couldn't have it again until after the signing...INDIAN GIVERS! She doesn't know she is getting one..she just thinks she is going to be asking Senor Lladro about her favorite piece..and she is going to do it in Spanish! Ciao

Now that options expirations is out of the way we should see a power move over 100. At least that is what I think will happen in my inexperienced eyes. I am not sure I agree with Nihil's statement about telecoms, though obviously most stocks were taking a dive. This market is just crazy. I was in SUNW the day that earnings were released early. I just didn't know what to think during that whole day. The stock movement was crazy. I watched the unrated DVD version of American Psycho and I came away from it with the thought of "WTF"????!!!! It may have been an exaggerated horror tale but I think there were many things that weren't too far off the mark about Wall Street Boyz. You could even take it as far as to say there was an allegorical quality to the cannabilism...though I certainly am not a Mensa Boy. When my GF starts to get aggravated with me about something I flex my muscle, cock my finger, wink and ask her if she would rather listen to Genesis with a Batemen and it always breaks the tension and elicits a laughing groan from her. I will never listen to Genesis the same way again. As far as to answer your question about Burger King - good relationships are made up of compromise. I hold my nose while she munches on "those artery clogging onion rings" and she holds her nose while I sip "that nasty smelling vegetable concoction". I make room for her 53 Dalmatian Poo Chi dogs stacked to the ceiling that she bought for 5.00 each and she makes room for my stacks of health magazines. Compromise, Compromise, Compromise.
