Monaco, consensus earnings are at 38 cents. Intel said to expect revenues 3 or 5% over Q2. Q2 was $8.3 billion. 3 to 5% over that would be $8.549 to $8.715 billion. Obviously the street would be much more pleased with the upper end, or more. After that, it's the same old quality of earnings, i.e., did they get enough of it from operations vs. Intel capital activity. Then, the CC and the forward looking remarks Intel makes, how the analysts take it.

I think Intel is going to talk about going forward with the $6 billion cap spending plan as a show of confidence in future demand. What else. Pentium 4 and Itanium coming. Xeons are hot. We shall see.
