Unfortunately, the OKI product line is almost entirely DRAM, rather than SDRAM, and Rambus has no royalties on the technology. The royalties on SDRAM situation is about 2-3 months from falling completely apart. Rambus better announce some positive lawsuit results soon. Their giving up against Hyundai on the ITC was a good indication of the future course of these suits. They need to sign Elpida. They've had most of the year to do so, but it is looking more and more like Elpida is playing hard ball. Which reminds me, so are the Yankees and Mariners. :) -- Carl
