My friend, the missile defence system you republicans want so bad does not work. ANY money spent on it is a waste. 200 billion, 400 billion, 20 cents. Remember the Sergeant York system If a particular system does not work then develop one that does. The Sgt. York did not work (largely from attempts to save money on the program early on), but that does not mean that no air defence system works. The M1 tank did not work to well early on and then they ironed out the bugs. The same pattern exists in many other weapon programs. Tim
