North Korea has been promoted as a threat to the US so as to fool the public into allowing unnecessary defence expenditure to enrichen the lives of certain interests. Don't you get it? North Korean is as poor as Rwanda now. They have have some 60's era missiles in mothballs but they can't even afford the fuel it would take to launch them. I hate communism and wouldn't want to reward them but what they'd really like to do now is beg for rice. we should probably feed them in exchange for their old missiles (or whatever they have sitting there rusting away)
