CSCO will track the market as it has all year.

That's exactly why it will take ten years to break $82. This market won't break it's March high for at least 10 years. Many of the high flyers that took the Nasdaq Comp. to this years high will going bust in the coming years...the companies that survive will see there stock prices slide for years to come.
