The tax cuts and programs Bush has announced thus far more than wipe out any surplus we might have. you know that, I know that and it seems only gullible voters out there in don't know it.

If the economic growth projections do happen then there will be a surplus in a Bush administartion unless he adds more tax cuts or spending, or congress pushes more on him.
If the proejctions don't hold, then both Bush's and Gore's plans will be garbage but I find Bush's plan safer because it has less new spending.
