Why is that? RDRAM is still being sold in a lot of workstations. Since the Pentium 4 processor will be here before the non-RDRAM chipsets, it makes sense to release it now on RDRAM-based platforms. Slipping P4 all the way to the availability of a non-RDRAM chipset makes absolutely no sense.

<Intel has Wall Street so snowed with Willy they have AMDs stock depressed and Wall Street certain Intel will crush all comers...>

Then explain why Intel's stock is almost 50% off of its 52-week highs, close enough to the point where you Merrill Flynched last year.
