As usual we are seeing the same things as far as the chart go...I wonder why that is <GGGG>

Another factor to look at here is that the stock hit a 52 week low just last week and upon going back over 3 traded nearly double the average volume. The close that day was 3.25. Being very short term overbought it was bound to retest 3 for support...which it did nicely, on Fri.

Now we have to go to the FA part. (which I know you just love) Gold stock typically trade at lower PE's than most stocks, but GOLD is still a bit on the low side for the sector at 13. They have considerable reserves which becomes more valuable if there is spikes in the XAU price or people begin taking delivery on physical gold...supply and demand, pure and simple. Gold has always be a hedge against weak US dollars and inflation. I know you are not old enough to remember $800.00 per ounce gold in the late 70 and early 80's...LOL
