Jeff, whatta ya talkin' 'bout? George W never saw a teleprompter he didn't like! If you spend two or three days being grilled on issues, you'd have lots of stuff in your head also, particularly where only a one or two minute response is required. It's easy to dance through that. But watching Bush deliver his stump speeches while still using a teleprompter is kind of like watching a major leaguer using a metal bat.
