I think more young companies that are not part of the good old boy network should get a chance to bid.

But I question how one lone operator still living with his mom and without funds got the chance. He's an ambitious and audacious guy - he has a bright future!

Republicans are complaining that the reserve release was only political. The guy who lives with his mother in Harlem, will he be refining that petroleum into heating oil in his mother's kitchen?
