Where was this guy going to refine the oil?<<< Apparently the guy is a broker, not living with his mother, but living in a Manhattan downtown apartment. I imagine what he'd do is as simple as someone who contracts to build a house. Estimate a price, get acceptance of the deal, and then contract other parties to complete the project. Isn't that how independents usually work?
