PRICE DROP:

I agree with you that the price of MRVC does NOT have to
drop after the first IPO if:

-- another IPO is about to go out
-- others are waiting in the wings

(in fact the price should be able to rise steadily)

I believe this is EXACTLY what Noam et al are doing.

At some point they might run out of steam relative to their
own developments, but if it has been done the right way they
have:

-- tons of cash
-- a high-priced stock

as currency for acquisitions of development startups in
2nd and 3rd phase.

I personally believe the MRVC management has enough smarts
to do the technical side well, and I think they will acquire
(one way or another) the financial and promotional ability
to pull it off.

Best wishes,
Jim
