Yes Dan they warned about the growth of revenue being slightly lower than anticipated, however they will still likely report record profits nonetheless.

Dan,

So you really think that AMD's speed lead was responsible for AMD's small increases in revenue and earnings in Q3? First, you are all over yourself chortling about Intel's many recent screwups, and how they are so important, then you are claiming that mhz leads are to get the credit. Add them all up, and they produced marginal improvements in AMD's Q3 results. Look at your vaunted 4 quarters. Rate of growth seems to have slowed down just a wee bit.
