Oh.. touched a nerve did I :-) Don't get so wound up. LOL!

Yep things are more expensive. I think there's a term for that...... Oh yeah! it's called inflation! Monty Monty Monty. I don't think the discussion was whether there was inflation or not... it was what the percentage of inflation has been. The government put's out statistics which actually have inflation under my inflated number of 4%. This number is a function of a basket of goods measured thoughtout the US - not just where "Monty" shops. So, could it be that they have it right and you don't.

Oh... I suppose we should all use the "Monty-inflation-index". LOL!!!!! HA HA HA. So, let me get this straight, you take exception with my post on inflation that comes from real data and have no data of your own? You go as far as to post my comments in order in some way to dimish them yet you have no data to suggest that I'm incorrect. HA HA HA HA! I think you should be banned even more. You give those on the No Clowns thread a bad name...and they're all still working to get one!

Too damn funny.. thanks for the laugh on Sunday morning - my day is now complete.

As a Hobby I opened a resteraunt with my Bubble-dollars, which is doing quite well. The cost of labour, electric, and food is going up. I cant raise prices so my margins get squeezed. Its called stagflation folks and its coming to a town near you!
