Thanks for the link, it worked just fine.

Taking the article at face value, AMD market share in Europe was up 4% over a 2 month period.

AMD's market share in Europe for July and August was 12 per cent against Intel's 84 per cent, up from 8 per cent against 88 per cent for the same period last year, according to GfK, a market research company.

The market share numbers appear to be PC only and are still way below AMD's market share in the USA. Wouldn't you expect AMD's European market share to grow to something approaching US levels?

In any event, 4% loss of MS for two months is not something I am going to lose any sleep over. It does raise the question, though, of why Intel gave Europe as the reason for decreased Q3 revenues. Unless the PC market in Europe is contracting, which it appears it is not doing, a 4% MS decrease should not produce less revenue if the market is expanding at least that fast. Maybe the falling EURO really is the culprit. Or Intel has calculated a bigger MS loss. Puzzling.
