Actually those 386 and 486 are quite useful. You can set up Linux on them and set them up as firewalls instead of buying a router.

Not that I really want to...but I think that I have you beat. I still have a working, with original IBM upgrades, PC jr. that I got for my kids when they were really kids...and I guess that I was (a kid) also. I still miss my daughter when her age was in the low single digits. It is sad, in a way, that they grow up. It is, however, much more sad if they do not.
