I listened to Mr. Rosen's interview and he mentioned that the PE ratio of AVX was about 6 representing the lowest in history. He said that it should be about 15 to 20 according to the radio wall street report.

This is also the same problem that KEM is having. These are stocks that are not receiving the needed PE ratio's due to the cyclical nature which means that at any time this can be a 1998 situation whereby there is an extreme slowdown in demand.

According to the numbers now things look great but how will this look if, say we have an an awful Christmas? Or a recession in technology?

I heard an exasperated Mr. Rosen who , for the life of him, cannot understand why his stock price is so low.

Perhaps since KEM buys back stock, they will be buying back a lot of stock to boost the shareholder stock price. I sure hope that they do this!
