Whopper Al was a stoner in Vietnam and college. People who knew him have gone on the record and said as much. A couple have even said he smoked dope (almost daily) right up until the time he went into Congress. How long have you had your head in the sand? This thread had many different views before you arrived. You obviously didn't monitor the thread very long before you jumped in to (save the day) for the Democratic cause. There is practically nothing more irritating that a condescending Democrat. Even Whopper Al has recognized that. Especially, when his poll numbers plummeted after the first debate. You won't change anyones mind with your petulant posts. So keep posting away, they only showcast how transparent and phony Gore supporters are.

He wrote back that the Vatican already has a full slate of applicants for Sainthood this year. He suggests you try again next year if Gore loses the election. Otherwise you will need to wait until he is out of office. Pope John says they can't Canonize a sitting president. Here's hoping for early Sainthood. Saint Albert has a better ring than Prez Gore. JFH
