Wishful thinking. Bush's texas record is an asset. He's the only governor in Texas history I believe to be voted into back to back 4 year terms. He won with a huge margin in the last election. People genuinely like him and his policies have been good for the state. His personal history of 20 years ago is simply irrelvant and most non-partisan types aren't going to buy the Gore smear campaign. If there was anything in his "personal history" of concern Gore's media allies would have made much of it before now. Dream on. Bush is gonna win and Gore and Clinton/Goreism will soon reside on the ashheap of history where they belong. JLA
