Jefferson, I'll rest a little easier now with your "discovery". If you follow the patents back through all the linkages, they are really intertwined. Thank you

jefferson33, Your examples; 1. the CKFR "page" is interactive 2. you can use the CKFR "page" to also pay the bill. 3. there are several ways to pay the bill 4. you can select a biller and get a more in depth summary My response; 1. If you are sending something electronically, I believe a strong case could be made that making that page interactive would be an obvious improvement. 2. Read the Patent this is covered 3. I really do not think any of this is an issue, I am assuming that CheckFree has a license via the Transpoint Acquisition. jjbucci
