Chuck, I don't know if there is any correlation, but a number of the painters I knew, did a bunch of drinking too. Maybe the "exposure" makes a man thirsty for the brew. I would say that 10 years is prolonged but what do I know about it?? Seems like you have come out of it alright, and in as much in your right mind as one can expect from an fella that was once in his cups. It takes one to know one, you know. Nowadays, a lot of the painters that use oil based, or these new auto paints, use a fancy filter mask that looks kinda like a gas mask. ~;=;o --haqi
