Dear Q: One thing there is no disagreement on is that these small countries rely on our military strength to protect their existence. WE will reach a so called crash point where the developing countries are increasing their usage of oil faster than the developed countries. This may very well precipitate the "Dragon" to activate a massive army and march on the mid east oil fields. Little side note , my family owns POM, Potomac Electric; saw where they are going to build an array of solar collectors outside the nations capitol; every little bit helps..gregor
