CB: Yes indeed. So long as,... But as we both know, they have and they are. Credit card securitized trash got thwacked two years ago and caused the issuing organizations severe heart burn. They "made good" on it, even though it was expensive (kept the game going). Fast forward to an increased default rate and we might see those "precedents" become very important when the issuers decide that "making good" is too expensive. The lawyers (and I know you are one so I haven't used derogatory adjectives (G)), would have a field day. Best, Earlie
