Bush yesterday at Neshaminy High School said that the govt was not responsible for the huge surplus but rather it was because the American people were so hard working and dedicated................if what he says is true, then were the American people less hard working between 1980 and 1992 when there was no surplus and a deficit grew to large numbers?...............I would say that George is calling Americans lazy good for nothings before Clinton got in because no surplus was created. I guess he must be complimenting Clinton for getting people back on track!
