General Motors meets General Protection Fault. --- Hey, remember the .NET kickoff where they trotted out Marc Andreesen? Well, I'm connecting some major dots here. Marc A. is a major investor in CollabNet (along with major h/w vendors and Novell -- everybody *but MS). CollabNet is working with Sun and the Open Source community to do *this openoffice.org What OpenOffice is, is not just a free Office workalike with 9 million optimized lines of peer reviewed code, but the trunk of the future 'not .NET' distributed productivity suite. This is big stuff --- rudedog, take a close look at this (tech summary + hack summary). -JCJ
