And of course they raised the old excuse - we have refueled 25 ships in the past 18 months without incident.
Well, who knows that? And one doesn't play fast and loose with American lives.

Who has been taking them off the list for the past two years?
The same guy who cut the defense budget so we didn't have refueling tankers in the region?
