Bush's tax plan is unapologetically for everyone equally. In other words the very richest people in America get huge refunds. You want to give Bill Gates a few more billion instead of giving that to needed social programs or paying down the debt? Or do you want to have it both ways and give up nothing? What are you willing to give up for the tax cut? And are you willing to pay higher interest rates as a result?
