willcousa "texas court would uphold a summons of idaho"

unless the system has changed, not sure why the texas court would have any involvement. the moving party can summons direct to the out of state entity, under its laws. two sides to establishing jurisdiction, point of sale and point of purchase. dell would have to respond, doubt that the state of texas could offer any protection, as it is a civil matter. should a corporation fail to respond a judgment would be set in place.
